What quote do you live by?
Be love in every moment in every circumstance.

What is your favourite self care ritual that makes you FEEL good?
Meditation. It fills me up, calms my nervous system and brings me back to my centre.

Often in life we prioritise our friends, family, partners and even strangers, over yourself. How do you practice self care in your daily life and what tip could you share to help readers stay committed, first and foremost, to themselves?
Firstly, we must prioritise self care, because if you don’t fill yourself up first you can’t show up in the world as the best mother, daughter, wife, friend, work colleague or sister. You need to make sure your cup is full so that you can give to others. Self care for me is a massive priority and I make sure I always start my day with it. Meditation, some movement, time in nature, a nourishing green smoothie and my gratitude practice are regularly a part of my mornings. Once I have filled myself up, I feel like I can take on the world.

What does sustainable living mean to you?
When I exit this beautiful earth I want to depart knowing I did everything I could to leave it in the best shape I possibly could. I want to tread as lightly as I can on this stunning earth so that our children and our children's children get to experience the beauty that we have been able to. So, every day my daily choices impact that. I aim to live as sustainably as possible in all areas of my life. Even if you think you won’t make a difference, you will. Every choice you make today will affect our tomorrow.

We live by the motto one action and one person CAN make a difference! What tips do you have to live a more sustainable life?
I totally agree, everyone CAN make a difference and it all starts with us in our own home. There are so many things you can do to make a difference, you can recycle, shop at the farmers’ markets, ask yourself before you purchase anything, ‘do I really need this?’, stop buying plastic, re-use empty bottles and jars and commit to being a paper free home. These little things each day add up to big results and has a big impact...and yes you CAN make a difference.
